Flag of Brod-Posavina County, Croatia: a blue field with two white diagonal bands and the county coat of arms centered.
Brod-Posavina County uses a 1:2 flag with a blue field, two white diagonal stripes, and the county coat of arms at the center. The arms derive from the historic Slavonian arms. The white wavy bar symbolizes the Sava River, the five gold mullets represent an old Croatian heraldic motif, and the marten reflects a traditional regional symbol. The county symbols were adopted by the County Assembly on 9 December 1994, approved on 20 February 1996, and amended on 23 November 2009. A ceremonial version includes a golden fringe.
