History
Osijek-Baranja County is a county in northeastern Croatia. Its flag was officially adopted on 1 July 2002, with amendments in 2005, 2007, and 2009. The design uses a white field with two horizontal blue bars and the county coat of arms centered. The heraldic symbolism refers to the region’s rivers and to the historic fortified city of Osijek.
