History
The flag of the Masovian Voivodeship was officially adopted on 30 June 2000 after the 1999 administrative reform. Its white and red fields reflect the national colours of Poland. The central coat of arms shows the historic white eagle of Mazovia, derived from the Piast heraldic tradition.
