Ostergotland

Östergötland’s provincial flag uses a blue Nordic cross on a golden-yellow field, reversing the color arrangement of Sweden’s national flag and reflecting the province’s heraldic tradition. The design was formalized in the 1970s as a simple regional emblem and has been used on public buildings, at cultural events, and in provincial representation.
