History
Batken Region is an oblast of Kyrgyzstan. A flag for the region was introduced on 3 March 1992, shortly after the oblast was established in the post-Soviet period. A refreshed version was adopted on 26 December 2023 to standardize colors and proportions while retaining the core regional symbolism.
