History
Yasothon Province in Thailand uses a 2:3 provincial flag divided into two equal horizontal bands of pink and light blue with the province’s seal centered on a white disc. The seal represents local identity and cultural heritage. Although an official description published in 2000 was interpreted as showing a white-over-light-blue flag with a black-background seal, the design in actual use is pink over light blue with the seal on a white background.
