Square orange-and-white historical war banner with a central orange sword, crescent, and hand motif, plus four orange roundels near the corners.
This flag is associated with Mahmut Pasha Bushatli in 1796 and served as his personal war standard for the Pashalik of Scutari. It reflects Ottoman-influenced military banner design through its square shape and its use of Islamic and martial imagery, especially the crescent and the Zulfiqar-like sword. The banner is linked to Mahmut Pasha’s final campaign against Montenegro in 1796, during the year of his death.
