History
Fiorentino is one of San Marino’s nine historic castelli. Its flag follows the San Marino municipal pattern of a horizontal white-over-light-blue bicolour with the local coat of arms centered. The design was adopted in the early 1990s during the standardization of local flags and was updated in 2011 to align with revised national specifications. The name and emblem recall the medieval fortress of Fiorentino.
