užupis

The flag of the Republic of Užupis, a self-proclaimed micronation and artistic neighborhood in Vilnius, Lithuania. The flag features an open hand with a hole in the palm, symbolizing openness and a lack of desire to possess. Interestingly, Užupis has four different flags for each season, with the hand changing color: blue for winter, green for spring, yellow for summer, and red for autumn. The winter flag (blue) is commonly used as the standard national flag.
