History
Phatthalung is a province in southern Thailand. Its provincial flag uses a blue field with the province’s seal in white in the standardized provincial style adopted during the 1970s. The seal’s imagery includes a white elephant symbolizing royal authority and strength, a green hill representing local terrain, a lotus flower denoting purity and Buddhist heritage, and a ribbon with the Thai name of the province.
