European flag "the barcode"

This flag, designed by dutch architect Rem Koolhaas, has the colour of every country of the European Union (from 2002). From left to right : Ireland, Iceland, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg (?), the Netherlands (?), Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Greece.
