History
Changhua County’s flag uses a green field to represent the county’s fertile plains and strong agricultural identity. At the center is the official county seal, and below it appears the county name in yellow Chinese characters, 彰化縣. The design follows a common Taiwanese local-government flag style of a plain field with a central emblem and name, and it was formalized in the late 20th century for official county representation.
