Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

The boat represented is the "La Grande Vermine", which is boat used by Jacques Cartier when he discovered Saint-Pierre. The three parts on the left side represent the origin of the settlers, being (from up to down) the Basque Country, Brittany and Normandy.
