History
Rayong Province uses a provincial flag centered on its seal. The flag follows the Thai provincial pattern of a plain field with the provincial emblem in the middle. The seal reflects Rayong’s local identity and has been used as part of the broader system of distinct provincial civic flags adopted in Thailand in the mid-1970s.
