Crawford County Sesquicentennial Celebration

It is a ~3:5 plain white (?) flag with a large state map outline on it in a dark color, and a five-pointed star marking the county seat location, identified with small inscription "Denison" flywards from the star and "Crawford County" smaller, under that, both writings set in bold serif letters.
