The flag of Bueng Kan Province is a purple-white-purple horizontal triband with the provincial seal centered on the white stripe.
Bueng Kan Province was established on 23 March 2011, and its flag was adopted in the same year. The design uses three horizontal bands to refer to March, while the white central band represents the 23rd day of the month. The official dimensions and emblem symbolism also commemorate the year of the province’s creation, the king’s 84th birthday in 2011, and Thailand’s 77 provinces. The centered seal depicts Phu Tok, a distinctive sandstone outcrop crowned by Wat Phu Tok, which serves as a symbol of the province.
