Syrian Presidential Flag

The Syrian Presidential Flag consists of the emblem of Syria laid on a green field. The emblem contains a dominant eagle with 14 feathers, symbolizing the 14 governorates of the country. The 5 tail feathers symbolize the 5 geographical regions of Syria: south, east, west, north, and center. The three stars, adapted from the Syrian flag, are arranged in an arc on top of the head of the eagle.
