San Enrique, Iloilo

The flag mainly consists of a green field, depicting a yellow parol (a Philippine Christmas symbol) in the center. The parol has the Philippine coat-of-arms in the center, with red texts "equality, liberty, justice, unity, prosperity" on its sides. Attached to the bottom of the parol design are seven lines with yellow text describing various values relating to government and society. Beneath the parol design is a red ribbon. Surrounding the parol are 28 stars of various sizes, which symbolize the 28 barangays that constitute the municipality. On the left of the whole design lies three lines of arched red text reading "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", "PROVINCE OF ILOILO", and "MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ENRIQUE", along with 4 straight red texts detailing the legal basis for the creation of the municipality. Based on how the flag was designed, especially with the placement of the text, it seems to be intended for use as a vertical banner. However, how the flag is used by the municipal government suggests it is treated as such as a flag.
