Reformed Government of the Republic of China (Variant)

Flag instituted by the Japanese for their puppet state, the Reformed Government of the Republic of China (1938 - 1940). The flag was based on the "Five Races under One Union" Republic of China flag and featured a flame with the text 和平 - peace 建 - establish 國 - nation/country.
