Omsk City(2002)

It was approved on 20 March 2002. The flag is a rectangular white cloth with a unilateral image of the Coat of Arms in its centre. The ratio of the width of the Flag to its length is 2:3. The overall width of the image of the Coat of Arms on the Flag shall be 2/5 of the length of the Flag cloth. Before the official adoption of the flag, an unofficial version was used, which differed from the current version by the presence of the word ‘Omsk’ written in green capital letters directly under the image of the coat of arms of the city)
