Iran Ya Husayn Flag

It’s a solid red Shia banner with white Arabic text reading “Ya La-Tharat al-Husayn”, which roughly means “O avengers of Hussein.” The red color symbolizes the unavenged blood of Imam Husayn, and raising the banner signals mourning and a call for justice or revenge after a martyrdom. Raised over the Jamkaran Mosque in 2026.
