Air Roundel of the German Democratic Republic (East Germany) Border Troops

Air Roundel used on the aircraft of the German Democratic Republic's Border Troops. This roundel featured a more unusual diamond pattern with the national colors of East Germany, surrounded by a green band. In the center of the roundel was the simplified coat of arms of East Germany. This roundel was no longer used following the unification of East and West Germany.
